The Institute for Athletic Medicine-Eagan is located in the Eagan Medical Center Building at 1440 Duckwood Dr., behind the Holiday gas station.

Co-located with Fairview Eagan Clinic, Fairview Urgent Care-Eagan, and Fairview Pharmacy Services-Eagan, the rehabilitation clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and athletic training services. Special services include Back in Balance Programs.
