The Institute for Athletic Medicine–Apple Valley is located in the Cedar Ridge Medical Building at 15650 Cedar Ave.

Co-located with Fairview Cedar Ridge Clinic and Park Dental Apple Valley, the rehabilitation clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and athletic training services. Special services include the Golf Injury, Thrower's Injury, and Back in Balance Programs.
